For over a decade, EmpowHERment, Inc. has been inspiring and empowering thousands of girls and women in the Charlotte, NC region.

As a non-profit organization, our mission is clear: we empower girls and women to lead through mentorship, talent development, and advocacy.

At the heart of our work lies a unique model that connects girls in grades 6-12 with women in their local communities.

Through our summits, events, and programs, we create reciprocal growth opportunities where both girls and women strengthen their talents, voices, and networks as leaders.

Our continuous network of support and empowerment continues to transform lives and shape the future of leadership.
